New room only code good thru end of Sept!

I have never used a code before.........nor have I booked a trip using our disney visa-can I book a room using a code, and add on the tickets and still use my disney visa and get 6 months 0%? I am trying to slide in a trip earlier than planned(originally planned for January). I was accepted into nursing school early, I start this October(end) instead of next fall! I just do not think I can handle the trip during school-but do not want to give up my trip!! So if we do the 0%, our vacation savings plan will not be altered:) TIA

Is this room only code for AP holders only?? Thanks!

No, it looks to be the general room discount (open to all). It's starting to look like the AP discounts might not happen, but too early to tell. The code is BPN.

You can use your VISA card-VISA doesn't care how much you pay, whether you get a code or not-just tell the CM you will be using your Disney VISA card when it is time to pay-she will tell you what to do.

I just called to compare the code rate to my AAA rate. The code rate will save me $31 TOTAL for our 4 nights at the GF in a LV. Since my ressie is through DU, I'll see if my agent can apply the code. She's away from her computer today. So, I say for $31, it's not a big deal. And if she DOES get the code when she comes back, that's an extra $31 back to me - but it's not $31 per NIGHT, just total.

I'm still hopeful for an AP rate to come out that's a bit deeper of a discount.

This is def NOT an AP rate.

I have also been told tt can be used off of a package as well as a room only reservation, so you can add tickets and dining, BUT it can't be used iun addition to the free dining.

I just changed my res. and got PORiverside for $110.39 per night inc tax... not bad. I asked if there was likely to be any AP rates but she said these were likely to be the best rates for september, although to be honest she wasn't v. knowledgeable or helpful!

Have called twice, both times told their computer says BPN is for Value only. I have told them of all the people booking it for mods and deluxe. but they are refusing me the discount, HELP, staying at POR also

Took me 4 calls to get a CM who knew about the code and all resorts.
Saved $107. off the AAA ressie I did have, extra money to spend there, lol

:cool1: According to my calculations, we have had the room discount with the free dining since I booked the free dining package in May!

Our total for 3 nights w/2 base tickets at AS-Sports is 398.45. When you deduct the $67.10 X 2 for base tickets you get $264.25 and when you divide that by 3 nights you get $88.08 a night. The rack rate with tax is $111.87 and you deduct the code discount of $20 you get $91.87....so it looks like I'm getting a good deal! (Unless I'm missing some big savings booking a package....but when pricing packages for each trip in the past, I always came out ahead booking seperate or using AAA.) :confused3

I ended up having to call back after getting the rudest CM on Earth the first call. DH and I already have the free dining/ 6day park hoppers booked at the WL 9/24-9/29. I simply called to see what kind of price difference there would be if we booked a moderate, and had to pay out of pocket for dining. I explained this to the first CM who very rudely said, "Now let me get this straight, you want to find out the price of a ROOM ONLY with a code compared to A PACKAGE THAT YOUR GETTING FREE FOOD WITH??" Here's the best part... the CM then said, "That's just dumb. You'll never get a better deal." He then refused to look at the pricing for me! I simply said "Have a Disney day, sir"... hung up, and called back again. Got a wonderful CM that answered all my pricing questions!

You had an good discount but a different one, with arrivals for the free dining the vlaue season rates were brought forward, so you will have paid the vlaue season rares. That is probablty it. You cannot apply this to free dining.

Mousesavers has different codes on their website. Here is the info and link

Special Magic Your Way Package
For check-ins 8/19/06-9/30/06, you can get a special discount on the room portion of your Magic Your Way vacation package. The package is discounted by a flat amount off the regular room rack rates, per night:

Value Resorts (All-Stars and Pop Century) - $15 off in Value Season; $20 off in Regular Season
Moderate Resorts - $40 off in Value Season; $45 off in Regular Season
Deluxe Resorts - $70 off in Value Season
The discounts can be used for a regular Magic Your Way Package and for the Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining.

Please note: if you have already booked the "Free Dining" package for this same time period, it is definitely a better deal, so no need to rebook.

Requires a 3-night minimum stay. Tickets must be used within 14 days of first use unless you add the No Expiration option for an extra cost. No group rates or other discounts apply

What is the cancellation policy? If I book this rate and an AP rate comes out, what is my penalty if I change it?

sigh... no more standard value room available with this code apparently.
I changed my 1 day ressie from PC standard to ASMu Preferred and saved a whopping $2.06!!! :)

I added the code to my existing reservations at POR and saved a little over $100 total. Great surprise! My mom was shocked! She said something good came from me hanging out on DIS so much.

I just booked Coronado Springs Resort for $110 a night (including taxes).

**Edit to add that I had a WONDERFUL CM who told me that if an AP rate does come out, I could always apply that later!

THANK YOU!!! I have been wanting to book our trip for a while but I missed the free dining plan and could kick myself. We are on a pretty tight budget for thsi trip so I wanted to be sure I got a good deal...and waited too long!BUT, I got in on this one. Didnt get my first resort choice, but who cares! I seriously could cry I am so happy, and I am so excited to see my daughters face as we arrive. I never would have bit the bullet and booked without a code, thanks! :thumbsup2

We will be at the All Star Music Resort with the dining plan 9/17-24 :cheer2:

Just got off with CRO and the only deluxes available at the end of August (23rd to 28th) with the code are the Poly and CR. The Poly GV was $245 per night plus tax ($273 with tax). No concierge available.

CR has tower rooms for $285 plus tax ($318 including tax); GV for $245 including tax; and SV for $179 plus tax ($199 with tax).

I booked CR SV. We were at the Poly in January and while it is my favorite, DW wants to go back to CR and try a wing. We stayed in the tower and I was not thrilled. Actually I do not like the CR pool, but for the money it is good.

I also asked about the Dining Plan and free dining is not available. She gave me a price but it included passes. Need to figure out if it is worth it or not. Jay

Anyone know if Labor Day weekend is blocked? We just need 9/01 & 9/02. Adding a couple of nights to an already long trip :) Thinking Pop or POFQ
