New road off Florida Turnpike??

I thought I had read somewhere that there is a new road off of the turnpike that will bring you in closer to WDW. In the past we have taken the turnpike to I-4(if we're going to eat at Sweet Tomatoes first..yum) or taken the exit for 27(I believe this goes thru Howie-in-the-Hills), which also takes us much closer to WDW than I-4. We just returned from an impromptu trip to Orlando and we saw nothing new when on the turnpike.....if there's something better than 27, I'd love to know where it is when we come down for our Disney trip on October....
