New restrictions for resale purchasers? What the hell is this all about?

Just got wind of this article dated Jan 18 from the Orlando Sentinel. Can anyone attest to this being true? An if so, since I am a resale owner for over 10 years now, will I be included in this category or is it just those who purchase from now on? And if this is true, will I be informed in writing from DVC or will I be surprised when I try to book a cruise?

Either way, what a bunch of ********!

My understanding is that only applies to those who purchase resale after, I believe, March 20. You should be okay.
