New restaurants?

With the new restaurants opened I was wondering if anybody has just gotten back from WDW (Epcot) and what you thought? They look great inside, but hows the food?

I was at WDW for 9 nights (August 28-September 6) with my mom for her birthday. On our first night of vacation we dined at Via Napoli and LOVED it!!!!! The food was excellent. In fact, we enjoyed eating there so much that we returned twice more before our vacation was over! I'm heading back to WDW in 2 weeks with my DH for our 10th anniversary and we will be dining at Via Napoli on our first night. When I was there with my mom we both tried different things each time we had dinner there and each time the food was great (my mom did order the same dessert every time - the zeppoli's).
