Announced on another web site, the Patina Restaurant Group will start running it on Sept 1...does anyone know if it will be open then or will they remodel first?

I just called to make res. for Sept 1...they said they werent taking them yet. She said they would be open and in transition on Sept. 1...not quite sure what that means.
