If this has already been brought up on the board I apologize. Chef Todd English(Olives) is developing a new restaurant for the space that used to be Juan and Only's/Ristorante Carnivale .

I'd like to try that! Hopefully the restaurant will open as scheduled in October, and I will be able to give it a try, as I will be at WDW 10/18-10/25. (Keeping my fingers crossed!)

Ahhh that explains why he was checking in at the swan on jan. 2nd! Not one of my favorite people I'm afraid. Is he doing one like one of of his already exisiting restaurants? Figs, Kingfish, Olives or the other one with the comfort food? anyone know?
