-Booked two days into my 11 month window

-For trip June 21-26 (arriving on a Sunday)

-Originally wanted 3 nights value studio, 2 nights concierge studio at AKV

-Booked 5 nights in value studio

-NO CONCIERGE studios available that whole week. (I asked the CM, to determine if I should call back the next day which would've been my 11 month mark for the concierge portion.) Did not bother to call back to get on a waitlist.

-I'm not thrilled with the new system. In a few years we want to do a BIG family trip in an AKV GV. I am worried that with the new booking rules we won't be able to get one.

Our booking is more a reflection that for many things it does not really matter:

Both of following 2009 ressies are for a 2BR at BWV boardwalk view (the supposedly hard to get boardwalk view):

Got March 28 (Sat) to Apr 4 (Sat) and called July 7 (less than 9 months out)

Got June 14 (Sun) to June 21 (Sun). Called today July 30.

No waits, hassles, or anything else bad getting them.

Called June 28 for next year's June 28 - July 5 vacation at a OKW Grand Villa.

I was a bit surprised when the CM asked me if I wanted the Villa by the Hospitality House. I said sure. When she came back and said she couldn't get what I wanted, I thought " " thinking she meant the Villa, not the location. She apologized and said someone else grabbed it.

I liked the new system. I would have been called each day otherwise.
