New Reservation - couple of issuesissues

Hi,

I received an email this morning to say that we could link out hotel and ticket reservations for our trip next year - yay!

The problem is that when I check everything online, it looks fine but is still showing the below on the "my Disney" app. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wasn't too sure if it was maybe due to the app not refreshing correctly yet as it only got linked today.

Also, our tickets do show that we have purchased memory maker but is not showing as purchased or letting us link this to our reservation

Is anyone able to shed any light or why this could be happening and if we definitely have the memory maker linked to our reservation?

If it is showing online correctly I wouldn't worry about it. Both the app and website are different presentations of the same underlying data. If it is showing correctly on one of them it is probably just a communication issue between the other one and the CRM system.

Thank you. On both online and the app though, it's still showing the same in regards to the memory maker. Do you have to link it yourself if you've bought it with park tickets or does it do it automatically?

I think you still have to link it. I normally don't buy MM but did last year for my honeymoon. I am struggling to remember exactly but I do think I had to link it myself even though I bought it while logged in. I seem to remember grabbing a code from the receipt and then entering it. I seem to remember thinking it was weird that it didn't just do it but I suppose people may buy it and give it to someone as a gift so that could be one reason.

Thank you. I'm now panicking as I don't have a receipt/code as it was all booked through the package and we got it free included with the plan. I'll message Disney closer to the time if nothing seems to have updated or changed on my reservations.

I booked mine separate from the package so that might be why I had to enter it manually. I wouldn't worry since they should be able to see the MM purchase in their inside facing booking system. I would suggest printing all receipts either out or to a PDF in the future so you have them. I print all of mine and upload them to a cloud drive I can access from my phone just in case anything I purchased isn't showing in the correct system that day. I shouldn't have to do that but I like to be prepared.

You sound like me haha. Already got everything printed out that they send and even take snapshots of things that I think are important :rotfl:

You do need to link your MM to your account. You should have got an email with the information in it. I wouldn't wait too long to get it corrected just in case it becomes a bigger issue then you expected.
