Just going to say, since we don't know the other parts of the offer (closing costs, CAF, dues reimbursement), it has sort of become impossible to decipher just how aggressive a rejected offer was. I understand what Sandi decided to adjust the rules, but IMO, I really can no longer tell whether a rejected offer was due to an unreasonable seller or a buyer making aggressive offers that a more informed buyer would be smart to reject.
