Keep plugging away. SSR can definitely be bought in the $85-90 price range.

Agreed, stand strong! $85, ok MAYBE $87, would be my max if we ever decided to go the SSR route.

I think it had almost all 24 points but I dont remember the exact number. Maybe around 100?

Some really under estimate how much savings having seller pay closing is. I like this tactic. I’ve even offered a closing cost split on some. Dont give up. You will get what you want. $111 for SSR is no bueno.

I was greedy adding closing but wanted to give some wiggle room.

But counter of $111 is rather wait and pay more another resort

Yep I have made some deals with giving them their price per point but they pay fees and dues (sometimes they just want to get their number and be done with it), you really have to do all that math to know what your number is regardless of what column it falls under.

And yes $111 is crazy for SSR, especially 160 points!!

Iv now had 3 sellers come back with the same counter of around $111-$113

in the summer was allways $95 as the counter

Just full 24 points. I'm not going until 2026 so 23 won't be useful for me, not quite ready to delve into renting...
