New PS Phone Procedure

Just called this morning to make a PS for the first time since last year and got the recording asking all the new questions. On my call, there were 5 questions to be answered...including punching in your home phone number.
Have you all experienced that? I searched the threads before asking this question and saw one comment advising to hit "1"...then "1" immediately after you hear the "welcome" greeting. The writer said you then get a live person.
Not sure though...again, I was asked 5 questions. What are your experiences?

i, too, have been getting the third degree when i call... presumably it is for marketing purposes 'cause punching in resort reservation or home phone number does not identify you to the cm that answers the phone... i don't mind it as much when i use the 800 number

i called today from the uk and didnt even listen to the options just pressed 1 then waited for the 2nd options and pressed 1 straight away,today i got straight thru yesterday i was only on hold for 10 mins
