New printer help

I have an epson stylus cx5400 all in one machine that just stopped working. I tried all the nozzle checks and everything but it just won't print. Just read online that this is a common problem with this machine and that it doesnt last very long. (should have checked this out before i bought) I think I had mine for less than one year. I am looking for a new all in one machine (scanner, printer, fax) and was wondering what would be a good choice. Thanks.

My FIL had the same problem. He called Epson, and they replaced the printer for free. We have an epson all in one, and have never had a problem.

We just got a Canon Pixma MP780 and I love it! It has a scanner, copier, fax and prints off fabulous pictures. We have only had it for a little over a week so I don't know all of the features yet, but I have done copying and pictures on it.

I had the same printer with the same problem. I called Epson and they replaced the printer free. They even payed for me to ship the broken one back to them. The replacement, CX6400 has been doing fine!!!

If your Epson printer is less than a year old contact Epson. If they can't fix the problem over the phone they will replace the printer for you.

Mine was out of warranty, still no problem.
