Hi all, finally decided to registar after surfing on this site for nearly two years!!

We (DH, DD, MIL, SIL, Aunt & Uncle) are off to Orlando in less than two weeks, I have compiled the following itinerary we are all pretty easy going and will enjoy each others company where ever we are, but as Grand organiser I want to try to make the itinerary as well planned as possible!

This is where I need you guys, I need to know what you guys think of what
I have planned, and I guess I'll go from there......

Day 1 - Seaworld 'Spooktacular'
Day 2 - EPCoT
Day 3 - UIoA
Day 4 - Magic Kingdom
Day 5 - Typhoon Lagoon
Day 6 - Shopping & Dolly Parton Dixie Stampede (especially for MIL and Aunt)
Day 7 - Universal Studios
Day 8 - Animal Kingdom - DD 9th birthday
Day 9 - Gatorland/Boggy Creek Airboat ride
Day 10 - Rest day
Day 11 - Seaworld
Day 12 - MGM
Day 13 - Free day
Day 14 - fly home :(

I think you're being a little ambitious with the first 4 days. These can and probably will be exhausting so I'd move one of your rest days/shopping days to break them up. Perhaps swap Day 2 or 4 with Day 5.

Otherwise I think you're going to have a great time.

All looks good to me, but I do agree you would benefit from bringing your rest day forward to about day 4 or 5.

Have fun!

Thanks for the feedback! I can get carried away thinking everyone has the same stamina/enthusiam as me.

Is there anything crucial you think I have missed?
We have a character breakfast booked at AK for DD birthday but was thinking about dinner at Spirit of Aloha or O'hanas one night?

Hiya,

I made 3 ard's last trip & only kept 1 of them . But some people make 6 or 7 and make all of them.

I found them too time restricting on the day but if you REALLY want to eat somewhere, such as the character breakfast on your dd's birthday then adr is the only way to go. In low season you can always try calling on the day to book in.

sounds like fun...
have a great time!!

my only quibble would be devoting an entire day to TL......but i know lots of people do that.....
if you're at TL, don't miss the new slides called Crush and Gusher - superfantastic!!!

Hi

I think Sea World is a great park to start with - it gets you used to navigating the parks (if you haven't been before) and is what I call an 'easy' park.

After Epcot, I think you might need a rest day or at least a late start as there's an awful lot of walking involved and it's a long day, esp. if you intend to stay for Illuminations.

The only other thing I would consider is whether you're avoiding busy days and EMH, if you're bothered about the crowds.

i would agree to having a rest day earlier, other than that just be flexible as to how long you spend in the parks
hth :)

have a great trip :)
