Is there a view of the water from the pool? It looks very "concrete" to me.

Looks nice but I would expect it to look nicer, maybe a different shape and/or add some rocks or a small water feature.

Thanks for the pics! We checked out on the 28th of January. They were installing plants that day. I was told their goal was to have it open in three weeks.

I'm trying to think of a quiet pool anywhere else that didn't have the hot tub? But then Poly didn't even have that at the main pool until last year. And the bathrooms are pretty much a given for quiet pools too, but there might have been some here before, I can't recall though as it had been a long time since I had used that pool.

What Days is Auntie at the Poly? Does she sell flower leis?

Do you get Leis at checkin? My daughter wants one. We received them at the spirit of Aloha dinner a couple of years ago.

You get Leis when you check in at the great ceremonial house. In our case, we got off MDE and there was someone to greet us. If you drive, you may have to look for the CM with the Leis.

Also, there is a shop in the lobby that sells leis made with real flowers by authentic craftspeople at $60 plus.

Seems to me that at the co-branded resorts the quiet pool is dumbed down while at the DVC only resorts the newer pools are nicer.
