Kaye - E-Poll is open to anyone. Just go to www.epoll.com. I have gotten about $20 worth of gift certificates in less than a year and it takes a small amount of time compared to the other rewards programs I do. You can get the most points by signing up to do market research surveys that are e-mailed or sometimes snail mailed to you - I think it's called signing up to be a premiere member. Check out their web site & if you have any more questions just post again.
