New policy on resort fees?

I read on MouseSavers that starting in 2011 the $15 Hotel resort fee is only being charged for self parking. Can anyone verify this? I am hoping this is the case since we will have 2 rooms at the Grand CA in March and only one car and I didn't want to pay for the resort fee for each room.

So these new changes ar only affecting the 3 Disney hotels?

Yes. But it sounds like other hotels in the area are now adding parking fees. So I would check!
