I agree with Brandi. My DH and I really like Sanaa and Yak & Yeti. We ate at both restaurants a few months ago.

Think we are doing Sanaa our first night , not sure if we will do y&y now though.

My DH really likes Yatchsman steak house, but I was not impressed, but I think I was off put by the server and I felt like my meal was not good after that. The bar right outside the queue there was amazing, we went back two more times and had a great time there.

Ok. No real update.

But. I've become one of those people I giggle about.....

I was on Tumblr.... And someone asked a Disney blog when HM got the Halloween overlay . The blog replied that they didnt in WDW.

Me , I got indignant. I have an entire roll of pictures from it. I've never been to DL.

So, of course I open my mouth and say something..And of course, the blog tells me I'm wrong. WDW has never done it.

Confused, annoyed, and perplexed, I Google for half an hour, and ask high school friends on FB.....

Turns out , one year, my high school band, we did go to DL. The year before we did WDW.

It's been so long, I had forgotten. And I was sick half the day....

And I'm kicking myself for not being a Disney nerd then. The things I missed!!

Still waiting on dates from Southwest - dying to have it booked, to have all the dates "concrete" so we can start seeing what exactly is going to be doable.

For now, I think our ADR's we're planning have changed around a bit.

There was another tour is here somewhere, we just aren't sure when. It'll probably be easier to flesh out when we see what's actually available on our days, and what not. I love the idea of planning early... but. :\ Seems like a lot is up in the air!

I'd love to eat at the.. is it the Living on the Land attraction? Whatever the restaurant is in there... but I think they only serve dinner. We have a million and one dinner places, the lunch is where we're lacking.


More than actual trip planning - I've gotten some done on the project I mentioned to you guys earlier in the thread!
Set up a tumblr, YouTube, Facebook, and twitter for it. I have to get with the program, and upload some intro/mod videos explaining it, and then record some sample ones for the different categories, but I haven't video blogged before - and I've been having days where I wake up, and go makeupless. I'd break the webcam on my laptop for sure!

Also, had dumbwaiterboy do a disign for me! Going to hand these out, along with cast member appreciation cards, to anyone who makes a video for us.

And! I guess that's all for now. How's everyone else doing?

The plans look good.

We don't plan a lot of lunches because I never know where we will be during the day. We just wing it... But yak and yeti is one of my favorite for lunch in animal kingdom.

So I brought up V&A...

DH likes the idea, but to do so, we'd have to drop either KTTK tour, or the Backstage Magic tour - and rearrange our ADRs that we want.

Off to do some researching.

Any advice on if itd be worth it to drop a tour? Or which?
