I haven't booked my late February trip yet because the packages have not come out. If the packages are not out 180 plus 10 days before, can we still book ADR's?

If you do not have a Resort Reservation booked, you may book Dining Reservations up to 180 days before date of dining. So, no, you will not qualify for the 180+10 available to confirmed resort reservations.

You can either book the meals each day, or you can book a temporary room only reservation which will allow you to use 180+10. Once packages are released, you can then swap to the proper package without affecting your dining reservations.
