New Order Express system works!

We used this service at Fantasmic on 5/15. It was awesome! We only ordered 2 boxes of popcorn and a drink but it was super convenient. The cast member was out to deliver our food in 5 minutes and she texted me letting me know her # on her apron so I could look for her also. I would never have been interested in waiting in a long line for anything unless we were starving but ordering this way was fun! The food options are limited at this point but hopefully they'll expand if it works well in the testing phase. I completed a survey about it and gave it great reviews but did mention that mickey bars and other options in the future would be awesome.

Already a delivery fee at Fantasmic. Reports are that it is $3. Not bad if a big order but if just a drink and popcorn or a beer, a bit pricey.

That's great. Others have reported being charged and it does show in the system. Maybe their feedback was that is an issue.

That's a bummer! $8 for a pretzel is steep! One of the survey questions was would I use the service if there was a delivery fee and I said likely not or something like that.

This seems like it will eliminate the people holding tables while someone gets in the long lines to order, and people who have received their food not being able to find a table. The line, however, will simply switch over to waiting for a table, lol...and then once you get there you will place your order. If they continue to have trouble finding people though that could be a problem with your food arriving a bit cooled. Maybe instead of wanting the technology/GPS to find you, they just put a number on the tables and you enter that number into your order. Restaurants use this all the time for food deliverers vs order takers.

oh, just saw there is a Fee for delivery....not liking that part, Disney food is expensive enough...almost $8 for a pretzel. No thanks.

Just to add my 2 cents - we did NOT have a delivery fee at Fantasmic on 5/16 and it worked pretty well. Waaaay better than waiting in those awful long lines! Heading back on 6/4 nd plan on using it again.
