New OKW owner

Hi everyone!! I am soooo excited, I just signed a contract for OKW last Friday and it is now at Disney for ROFR. I can't wait to visit my new home!!!!

I just returned from 10 days at OKW and have owned there since 1993 the day we saw it and toured.

Good luck with ROFR (DVD does not seem to be buying back very much right now so unless you are below $50/pt you should be OK).

OKW is a great home resort (be sure to do a GV sometime), and unless you are going during the very busiest times, changing to other resorts is usually successful (sometimes using the waitlist).

I know exactly what you mean about achieving one of your goals. DVC has been on of mine since my older brother bought into dvc in the 90's....it took me about 13 years longer..but last year, my husband and I were able to make that dream come true too...

Congrats!!! We have stayed at OKW twice and enjoyed the resort. You will love the big rooms and laid back atmosphere. Great place!
