A couple questions. Is there anywhere to see the schedule of nighttime shows? Looking for Presidents week. Also, we bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist. They are no park hoppers. Can we add hopping and if so, how? They do include LL. How does that work once we enter the park? Thanks for the help.

You can add PH to the tickets at the booth (not sure if your tickets allow it to be added in the app?). The price is the same for the entire length of the ticket (you must add PH to the entire ticket), so best to add it on the first day of a multi-day ticket. You can’t pick to only add PH to some days of a multi-day ticket, it is all or none.

I strongly encourage you to add PH, as the distance to walk between the park gates is about 2 minutes, gate to gate. It is wonderful to just be able to hop for a few rides, for nighttime entertainment or for different food/beverage options. Also if one park is crowded or has a lot of rides down, you can hop to the other park.

Once you have scanned into the park, you can start booking your LLs. You can book another one after 2 hours or when you use the LL, whichever is earlier. Everyone who wants to book a LL must have scanned into the park for the day to book a LL.

If you need to change a LL, remember to MODIFY it, not cancel it. If you MODIFY a LL, the 2 hours lock-out clock does not reset. If you cancel it, it resets the 2 hour lock-out from the time you cancel the LL.

I will you CAN modify it to a different attraction not just a different time for the same attraction.

I would call Undercover Tourist and ask if you can exchange the tickets for hoppers. They've always been really helpful when I've called. That way, you'll have everything in order before you arrive and have better access to reservations.

I would check with Undercover Tourist first. I believe if you modify with Disney, you will pay the full price for the Park Hopper (in other words, you’d lose your Undercover Tourist discount) AND the tickets would become non-refundable.
