We are here now staying in CL at the Boardwalk. Using RFID cards for most things including purchases. Talked to CL cm about the magic bands and he say not for a couple more weeks or so and the boardwalk is the test resort. He is not looking forward to it. Technology makes everybody crazy he says! I can understand. New things are hard for the first while. Anyway, wonderful trip so far. Able to get on rides quite quickly except TOT yesterday when two of the four elevators were down. Nice weather too. A little cold yesterday and today but supposed to warm tomorrow. Having a blast!! Already planning future trips! Lol!

Hmmmm....we check in CL at the Boardwalk 02/27. Wonder if we'll get to give the bands a try....

You just may. I had heard weeks ago it was going to be one of the test resorts where they first roll it out and February has been thrown around a lot. Mind you anything can happen between then and now to delay it. The fact that theres no official news on release days indicates to me that they are still working out the bugs.

2 weeks from today I will be leaving on a jet plane (sadly I know when I'll be back again ).

I cannot wait! Now starts the crazy mad dash at packing! I just started a long term sub position so i don't have the house organized like I usually do for vacations! usually I am all packed by now!

I pray the weater will be toasty warm and my feet can see the sun!!!

I figured it was a Mac auto correct of some sort. I have so many of my own that I was actually able to tell what you meant. But I mean really.. that's what autocorrect thought you meant to type? I loathe autocorrect!

I'm so excited, I'm nearly completely packed already. This week is going to go soooooo slowly!!

We head to Providence tomorrow and fly out first thing Monday . Can't wait! It's our first vacation without children in 10 years.

Of course, I am currently driving DH crazy. Today, I have unpacked and re-packed. Canceled and rebooked ADRs multiple times. I am actually surprised how much availability there is!? Almost too many choices. I promised I wasn't going to plan everything out like I do when we take the kids but I just can't help it! LOL

I'm glad to hear about the weather. We will be arriving on Tuesday, and every time I check the forecast, it gets better.

We stopped at the dollar stores and had fun looking at all the little things we could get for the trip. We bought some glow in the dark bracelets for the kids. It will be an effort to pacify them when they see those really expensive ones for sale at the parks. It probably won't work.
