Certain restaurants have photo packages you can include. Also, any picture you take with a Photopass photographer (mmet and greets, castle shots, etc) can be added. They just scan your card.

I just came across this thread. New to DIS too. Mainly using for invites (through google search). I wish I had found this thread sooner. We are going 2/2-2/9/13. Art of Animation. 1st trip to disney since 1990, so just like the 1st time. We are going for DD 5th birthday. Lots of plans, YEAH!

Booked vacation last October, room only. Changed to package in July, 1st day 2013 packages released. Booked airfare in August, great rates. $189 roundtrip per ticket. I was up at 4:30am to make my ADRS, August 6th. All were available except Tusker & BOG. Made BOG on 1st day. I have made a few changes here and there, since no longer doing PH.

Glad I'm not the only one with Disney on the brain 24/7. I have a color-coded spreadhseet for every day of our trip (Best Park, Park Visiting, EMH, ADR times, Parade times, BBB, etc). YIKES! It's work in progress.

I was sad about BB being closed and SM. Oh well, can't win them all. However, kind of disappointed about FotLK. Trying to figure out if it really will be closed when we go in February. Anyone know?

I remember being over 365D. Then I remember the 200s. Then 180D mark, ADRs. Then double digits. 68D and counting. Ready for the 60D mark.

We are going again in February. Have not decided yet where we are staying. I want AoA or CBR but DD and DS are set on Pop (again ) So I will update when we figure it out I should say the dates though lol. February 15-25.

Today I officially signed my vacation papers! It's so good to log into the system and see your name and right beside it: request granted! Taking February off is a huge deal over here, it's one of the most sought after periods for those of us without children so I'm having a little dance party to celebrate!

68 days and counting! We'll be in the world February 3rd through the 8th. Our first trip in five years and the first adults only trip since 1999! We'll be staying at ASMu.

I've done that dance for Time Off Granted. Of course, here near Pittsburgh, February is not that popular of a time to take off.

In the spring I had a bout of aggressive skin cancer that required major surgery and radiation. Last week we found that there has been a spread to several lymph nodes. Bad news is obvious the reoccurrence, surgery then 6 weeks recover then radiation. Good news it has not spread to chest and is treatable and curable. As silly as it seems in the scheme of things I am so bummed to cancel our feb trip. There is still some hope with length Of radiation but I am not sure I would even be up to it. We will know more next week.
So question..I could take what we have paid (almost all) and put toward our June's tickets (my husband has a conference and we are stopping and staying at bonnet creek for 8 days. The smart thing would be to put the remainder after tickets towards food cost but a small part of me would love to splurge on a one night room at the contemporary (magic kingdom view). We have 2000.00 on our trip paid. So if we have to cancel I will give an ADR cancel heads up. We have bogo dinner and ohana..oh I am getting sadder

I'm so sorry to hear your news! I will say a prayer for you and hope your trip in June has some pixie dust luck for you! I say splurge, you deserve it!
