New Nighttime Parade/Fireworks Soon?

So we are halfway through October dates being posted on the website, and yet there have been no dates posted on the pages for Main Street Electrical Parade, Wishes, and Celebrate the Magic for non-party nights. On top of that, on a new DisneyAuditions.com listing for Male Parade Performers, there's no mention of MSEP/DEP. Do you think we could possibly be getting new nighttime entertainment at Magic Kingdom sometime in the next year? Could Paint the Night be replacing the Main Street Electrical Parade? Could we be getting a projection mapped fireworks show (like Disneyland Forever)?

I could honestly do without the MSELP...maybe it just felt really short to me when we saw it last, and not very interesting. I would be interested in seeing some new nighttime parades for sure!

With all the cuts they've been making, I really would not expect updated night shows any time soon.

Why are there so many cutbacks? They charge an awful lot of money to spend a week there...but I guess if I knew how much it cost behind the scenes maybe they are just breaking even. I know those expansions are pretty hefty, so maybe once those finish up there will be funding for new events.

Word is they are significantly over budget in Shanghai and are making cuts in the US parks to pick up the slack.
