I thought I only did one section of that yoga video.
Ends up I do the whole thing. The whole video is 45 minutes.
Then I did this color meditation thing that was with it.
It was wonderful.
I feel so much better. =)
Realized I had really really bad posture.
I was sitting up really tall and had to take a break and crouch foward for a couple seconds because my back started hurting. Lol.
