new must dos since 2015?

Headed down for 4 nights in March, arriving early on a Monday and leaving later (ME pickup at resort at 5) on Friday. Staying at SSR. Have 5 day hoppers. Just DH and I, both 53.
Last trip was March of 2015 (went on DCL last year for DS's last spring break with us), so I am familiar with magic bands, etc. I have our FPs and some dining reservations (no dining plan, we don't eat that much anymore).
I know MSEP is gone. Have any must-do attractions been added in the last two years that we should make sure we see at MK, Epcot or DHS? I know it's flower and garden time, which I love.

Not sure about must dos but Frozen-Ever After and new Soarin Film in Epcot. I think the Star Wars activity (Launch Bay, daytime shows) at DHS is a lot more since that period of time. New welcome show at MK.

The new Soarin is excellent
Also the Star Wars fireworks show, if that's going on when you're there
A lot of new restaurants and shops at Disney Springs too

Thanks! I did get a FP for the new Soarin', I was able to go to DL in 2015 so I saw the old one a final time without the scoring and marks the WDW one had at the end. Looking forward to Star Wars stuff too and the new Disney Springs.
