New MS Hours

On the website this morning there is a news item saying new Member Services hours - Sun-Sat 9am to 5:30 pm, but no evening hours (as of February 3). I'm thinking this is a good thing, I'm often not home in time to call Thursday evening which meant sneaking in a call at work.

I was just reading about the change to Member Services times in Doc's report. I've often had either a Saturday morning or a Sunday afternoon when I've wanted to check availability and been unable to do it. Of course I've always just considered it a blessing to help me be more frugal with my points (ha ha).

I was glad to see this change.

Looks like they were just waiting for the annual meeting to report it so they could implement the new hours. I think it's a good thing!

This is good to hear too. I never liked waiting until 1:00PM on Saturday to call. I'm a morning person, so am on the phone at 8:59AM.

I like the new Saturday morning hours because waiting until the afternoon to call was kind of a pain.

Sunday, on the other hand, is different. We try not to transact business on Sundays, so having MS open on Sundays will make it more challenging for me to get day-by-day reservations. Oh well. My loss, someone else's gain.

We are no longer going to have Thursday evening hours as of 12/30, at which time we go Mon-Sat 9-5:30.

The website is correct, we go 7 days 9-5:30 as of 2/3.

It's going to be a real satisfier for our members and should hopefully make it easier to reach us on monday mornings and Saturday afternoons. I think it's going to be a really good thing.
