New monorail accessories

I was just on Ebay, and it looks like there are some additions to the monorail accesories. One set had maingate signs, the other some trees and lights Anybody up to speed on what is available and how much these sets cost?

Thanks Dan, but the new pieces aren't on there. I suspect these are additions that have occurred within the past couple of weeks.

Thanks Tstobb, that's one of the ones I saw. I doubt that set is $50 at WDW. Based on the responses, these must be really new.
I will be adding to my accessories next trip.
