The grilled romaine looks better than the current version. The 2 entrees look exactly the same as the ones on the current menu. I can't really tell what is different except the new york strip doesn't mention cauliflower now. I must be missing something. The new dessert looks good!
I wonder whether these changes and additions are an outcome of a rotation with the head of the kitchen. In a recent review of the Flying Fish, Pete announced that Chef Tim Majoras was going to move to Saratoga/Old Key West.
They better not touch the filet with onion risotto and truffle sauce. In my opinion, it is the best dish on property. We have reservations to eat twice there on our August trip.
