Just received our new cards, old ones expire next month.
They put in the wrong month and year from our first contract.
Called MS .
I was told the following:
If you selling any of your contacts you now have a different membership card expires in a different year.
Because they can no longer find your original contact on file . And if you don't have the 125 points direct you don't receive the members advantage .
I asked to speak with a Supervisor and some how I was disconnected.
On hold again - 30 min wait.
Has this happened to anyone else?
