Hey!
Newbie here! My Fiance & I are thinking about coming over to Disney World in November and joining DVC. We came over in January and had a meeting with one of the DVC team, we nearly joined then and there but as it was the last day of our holiday we didn't have the money (and our debit cards don't work in US!!).
So we've been planning our savings and weighing up the options when since we got home.
So I would like some opinions on DVC; I know members don't qualify for the free dining plan service Disney do every once in a while (such as now) and also you can't use the points for the honeymoon packages (we are looking to go to Aulani for ours!).
Do you get many benefits or is it just the accomadation?
Thanks!

our referral source got a $200 gift card in 2009 for our purchase and we got $8 of per point. Win-win for us and them. You can see cost and other info at DVCNews.com.
hence we will have to join direct. Wanted to buy 65 BLT and 120 AKLV. Never mind.
We go every year so will be worth it for us.We always rent.
