Hi there,

Just in the process of buying into SSR, wondering if anyone has done the same from the UK.

If anyone has how long did it take for information to arrive by post as we have been waiting 4 weeks for basic info, and 2 further weeks to sign on the dotted line!

We are visiting All Star Movies in 4 weeks! Looking forward to it again, as really cold and snowing here!

First of all welcome! Have you checked out the UK DVC board? I know that I have seen answers to your your questions there as I think conducting it from the UK might just be slightly different from here in the US. One thing I believe is not the same is financing.

I have posted on the UK board myself several times, because I lived in the UK and have family there and needed some help in surprising the family across the pond.

I bought Saratoga Springs from the UK one year ago. I am almost certain the initial documents we got only took 10 days or so to arrive?

If you are worried, drop your guide an email - mine was great and responded to any questions I had pretty quickly

If you have any questions I'd be glad to try and help We just got back from our first trip "home" and loved it. We also spent a fortnight at All Star Movies.

Welcome home. We bought into BCV unseen and the whole process took about 6 weeks start to finish. We didn't get our deeds etc until about 2-3 months after closing.
