New meet and greet area for Minnie Mouse opens at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Minnie Mouse has a brand-new meet and greet area in the Animation building. She can be found greeting guests daily from 10:00am - 2:30pm and 3:30-7:30pm, but check the times guide in case the schedule changes. Make sure to look around the area, as it is full of details that pay homage to important dates, attractions and Imagineers.

She is quite frilly at Pete's Silly Sideshow in MK!

I agree that we get to see her in many different costumes all over WDW, but I thought it would have been a great opportunity for her to have a new costume for this new spot!
