Anyone know when DVC puts out the new maintenance fees?

The budgets are mailed out at the end of November. They are voted on by the board at the annual meeting in early December. The actual bills go out in late December.

The above info is correct. Plus you will aslo get a notice of the new amount mailed to you whether you do the autodebit or the statement dues.
