New Low Carb Bagel!

Manitowoc Oven now has low carb bagels! They are called Golden Crunch Bagels. They are only 7 net carbs: total carbs 15g, fiber 8g, and protein 15g. My DD loves these and I tried a bite of hers yesterday with some natural peanut butter on it, it was very good. I'm trying to get back into induction so I won't be eating these quite yet, but it will be another good breakfast option for me once I start maintenance.

Our local supermarket (Price Chopper) offers low carb bagels in their bagel bakery section. They're about the same nutritionally as the ones you mention. I find them pretty satisfying.
