Magical Salon Coming to Cinderella Castle

Talk about location! Fairy Godmother is opening a second Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - and this magical salon will be located inside the Magic Kingdom Park in none other than Cinderella Castle. The new salon debuts in September but Guests can start making reservations today!

Feel like a Disney princess in this magical salon, which is owned by the Fairy Godmother and operated by Fairy Godmothers-in-training. Consider such entrancing options as hair styles, nail polish, make-up and a total package including Disney princess costume and photos.

Girls three and older can choose from three hair styles -- Fairytale Princess, Disney Diva and Pop Princess -- and three packages:
Coach Package includes hair style and shimmering make-up -- $35 plus tax
Crown Package includes hair style, shimmering make-up and nails -- $45 plus tax
Castle Package includes the Crown Package plus Imaging Package*, and complete costume of your choice with accessories -- starting at $175 plus tax
*The Imaging Package includes one 6" x 8" and four 4" x 6" photos in a princess-themed photo holder.

Pick from a host of wondrous accessories, including faux hair and tiaras, at this enchanting place.

When I made my DD's BBB reservation last week, the CM told me about this new location. Since we will be there in August, that location would not work for us. I think it sounds awesome! What a great location!

I love my two boys, but when I read these threads I long for a daughter. I am so jealous of the mommies with little girls that want to dress up like princesses...

We are going Sept. 12-21 and when I made my Reservations I was told about the new location. We are scheduled to be at the BBB @ 9:15 and having lunch CRT at 1:20. I liked that it was all in the same area. We can finish in time and not have to worry about travel? This is our first trip and I am only going by the maps.

DD8 and DD 5 are so excited about this! (Actually I am just as excited) We took the castle package. (The girls already plan to use the costume for halloween)

My girls and I have been looking at pics in discussion board and they have decided who they 'think' they want to be... DD8 either Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty, DD 5 wants to be Belle. ....... I read that they also can make up boys... pirates and such.

How long does it usually take to get this done? Like the castle package, can it be done in 45min to an hour?

We did the castle package in February. The makeover itself took about 45 minutes tops. The photos took about another 1/2 hour, probably a total of 1 1/2 hours including picking out your photos etc.

FYI my sister in law and I also did this with my daughter. We just had our hair and makeup done and we went and had photos done with my daughters castle package. I picked one of all three of us all princessed up and I love it. We did get some strange looks that day but we were heading to the Pirate and Princess party that night so what the heck!

DD8 had already heard about the one in DTD, but she doesn't know about the new one in MK.

I got a 9am appt for when we are there in November. Wondering if I should get a later time so we can do Splash Mountain, etc. before doing her hair!

My parents first time going this time. They are going to love watching this at BBB!!!

hope they don't put it in the spot that's now occupied by arrabis and other vendors (DH collects the pewter/crystal swords & they don't carry them @ epcot location in Germany).

I understand that it'd be so convenient for the girls who could then segue on up to see Cindy; but hope the other shop isn't eliminated entirely...i don't care where they put it.

people started booking the new location last week. There have been a few threads on it. Also the price is going up by $10 once the new location opens.


i have the dtd spot booked for August. For those with boys there is a boys package also.

Call me a sucker, but we are booked to do this before the halloween party! Kills 2 birds with 1 stone and I am thrilled NOT to have to go to DTD for this. We usually do DTD one night and it didnt seem worth it to get her looking cute just to go to dinner and bed!

The castle is what sold me, I just booked it also for October 16. I was kind of surprised that they whole day was open, especially with a halloween party that night. I love it that we dont have to leave the park that day!

Thanks for posting this info! I just called to book for Nov but have to wait 2 more days for the day I want. DD did the BBB at DtD and loved it. this will be even better in the castle!

I can't remember, though, is it 4 and up? Or 3 and up? My dd will have just turned 3. I hope she can do it- she would love it! But she still doesn't have very much hair
