New Look for the CB?

Okay, guys....I know I'm getting old and shortsighted. I no longer can access pm-s from the CB. The whole page looks different! I like the look.....but I can't figure out how to maneover around now.

Any one else?

I used to have the "purple"
style where you didn't see the ads.

Now I have the "peach and green" style and the ads are back.

I must say that I prefer the other one. I have to move my scroll bar alot to read the posts.

The peach and green is corey.I have been using it since it came out and I have a menu bar at the top of the screen.You don't?

There's NO problem with the "COREY" set. If you switch to "DEFAULT" , the User Cp DISappears...............I hate when that happens . Time to call in ALEXbusters ..........

It depends if you use corey or default in edit options area. I was using default....today the whole "look" of the CB page changed - omitting the User CP section across the top of the page. I switched to corey and although I don't like the look, all of my User CP functions are back at the top of the page.....



And EROS......I'm ready when you are! Pass the mj.....

But when I go up one level to Community Board and the listing of threads --- no menu bar.

for those of us that use default -- the whole board looks screwed up. the main page is too wide, and the reply page is too narrow...no control bars up top...

and then the peach and green.

Toby's Friend....you have to go into your edit options area (User CP and click on edit options) and go to the bottom. Change your style set from default to corey. It will change your CB home page back to the way you want it.....just with ads and different color scheme.....

I must be getting old....I am getting to hate change....LOL LOL LOL

I'm having the same experience as Gina2000, but without the smokes.

I am able to get the User CP when I'm actually in a thread, but not when I'm looking at all of the threads on the Community Board.

I'm set up for default, but I'm seeing Corey colors and I don't like them.

LemonDietCoke....go change to Corey. You'll get the settings back at the top of the page....it ain't perfect but it's better than what you've currently got......
