Just got back from my trip. I used L&M. No problems. They were courteous and efficient. No hard sell to upgrade. They asked if I wanted the extra insurance but didn't press the issue. And they didn't ask for proof of insurance. I used the free upgrade coupon. I had rented an economy car and ended up with a very nice toyota corolla. The car was new, clean with about 7,000 miles. Return was quick and easy. This is the second time I rented from them and never had a problem.

well has anybody rented from them lately ??? like in oct. or nov. ??? where can you get coupons or upgrades ??? what is thier web site ???
