OK, here's another new all-inclusive ticket from Keith Prowse which includes Discovery Cove AND Busch Gardens for an extra £80 per person (non-dolphin swim version). It follows the launch of their Orlando WOW Ticket last month that bundles Disney's 14-Day Ultimate Ticket with the Universal 2-Park Bonus Ticket (14 days' admission) AND a 2-park SeaWorld/Aquatica ticket (also valid 14 days) as well as adding a 1-day Shopping Extravaganza tour (with breakfast and lunch). On the face of it, it looks like a pretty good deal, but my question is, can these be bought for cheaper elsewhere in unbundled version, as it makes my head swim trying to do the maths!

Here's what they say:

Just two weeks after the successful launch of the ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket’, Keith Prowse Attraction Tickets’ has launched a new version of the limited edition ticket. The new ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket Plus’ lets customers ‘upgrade’ their booking to add admission to Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens exclusively from just £80 per person.

By buying the ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket Plus’ which includes the optional ‘Discovery Cove Choice of Adventure’ dolphin-swim, from an additional £146, or non-swim ticket, from an additional £80, a family of four* can save up to £492. Both options also include 14-days at Busch Gardens , Tampa.

With the addition of Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens , the new ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket Plus’ now features an amazing nine theme parks and three water parks including: ‘Disney’s Ultimate Ticket’ which gives 14-days admission to Walt Disney World Resort; ‘Universal Orlando Resort 2-Park Bonus Ticket’ which provides 14-days admission to the whole resort including Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure; ‘2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket’ with unlimited admission to both parks for 14-days; plus a 1-day ‘Shopping Extravaganza’ visiting popular malls and includes breakfast and lunch.

The 2009 ‘ Orlando WOW! Ticket Plus’ costs from £489 for adults and £459 for children aged from three to nine while the 2009 standard ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket’ costs £409 for adults and £379 for children.

Big savings are also available for 2010 admissions. Tickets must be booked before the end of August 2009 but can be used anytime during 2009 and 2010.
Unlike with some other combination tickets, customers purchasing the ‘Orlando WOW! Ticket’ receive actual admission tickets and not vouchers or e-tickets, letting them by-pass voucher exchange queues and head straight through the park gates. The tickets are available from travel agents only and must be booked before the end of August 2009.

* A family of four is based on two adults and two children aged over nine years. Savings are as compared to the full published price of each element of the ticket.

Do you have a link to the page as I've looked at Keith Prowse website and can't find the product :confused3

Good point, disbabe, it does appear to be curiously absent from their website (both the Orlando WOW Ticket and this new WOW Ticket Plus), so I'll check with their PR......

we seam to have had these new types of tickets before.what they tend to be is just a disney flex ticket and universal/seaworld flex packaged together by the tour oparater .If they are new tickets and you can not get them cheaper else were then should be good. but IMHO Keith Prowse has never been the cheapest place for tickets

Without shopping around

14 day ultimate $345
14 day USF $112
14 day SW/AQ $92
Total $549 = approx £343 (using $1.60 : £1)

That leaves the shopping trip costing £66 / $105.60

In answer to Disbabe, the new ticket is available from travel agents only, NOT online (I guess I should read my own press release!). However, they will also take phone bookings on 02890 23 24 25.

Where did you price your tickets up as a matter of interest, Tracey?

Here's what I am currently seeing from ATD:

14-Day Ultimate = GBP237
Universal Bonus = GBP84
SW and Aq tkt = GBP67
1-Day Shopping = GBP26
= GBP414
Add DC and BG = GBP159
TOTAL = GBP573 (or GBP513 as non-dolphin swim)

That seems to make the KP 'bundle' pretty good value by UK sales standards. I'm not so sure people would get $1.60/pound at the moment, by the way. We got $1.58 on a bank transfer earlier this week, before the rate started to fall today and now looks most likely to be around 1.55/56.

Tickets were priced from Orlando Attractions and include tax & delivery

Bank rate was well above $1.60 (& I have a zero commission credit card) at the time (and is $1.60 now) :thumbsup2

As Tracy and others will point out.best rate would be with a non fee credit card hope GB goes then rate would climb back. And best option has always to shop around for park tickets, and as i stated previously KP have always on the dear side.have use ATD and will again, but when £ strong we have used maple leaf many times

I think the majority of experienced Disers are savvy enough to know about the benefits of credit cards such as Abbey Zero & Post Office and to know that Keith Prowse is generally amongst the dearest places to purchase tickets.

I always recommend shopping around & have rarely found these packages work out better value - there are exceptions of course but this doesn't appear to be one of them. I haven't priced up the 'plus' option so can't comment on that
