Mixed emotions for me. As a DVC owner, I am very excited about a Poly alternative. But my wife and I were married on Sunset Point and now it is all but gone. We would visit there for a few minutes on every trip to reflect and celebrate, and now we cannot. Very disappointing for us.

Thanks for the photos. I have to admit I wonder what the hole they dug is for on the beach. It looks like they added some concrete to it too. Maybe a support for the boardwalk entering the water on the TTC dock side?

We stayed there last summer, andmy wife and I just discovered Sunset Point when walking around. I had no idea it had a name until all of the construction talk referenced it. It was beautiful. Took tons of pics and came back a few times during the trip just to enjoy our little peaceful spot. I can understand the extra meaning it has for you!
