New hotel question

Does any one know what they are building over near CBR? We were there a couple of weeks ago and saw it from the resort.

I also saw it last week end, the buildings looked like they could be part of CB, but at the street the entrance looks like it's part of Bonnet creek, which I heard is more like a Swan or Dolphin. ( In Disney, but not owned by Disney) I would be interested in knowing just exactly what it is also.

Swan and Dolphin are hotels on Disney property. Bonnet Creek is a Fairfield timeshare resort and is not on Disney property.
