New Hotel at the Disneyland Resort, DVC?

After the D23 Expo announcement, it was mentioned to the press that a new hotel was also being added to the resort. There was no other info, other than that small tidbit. I wonder if it will be the long rumored DVC tower at he Disneyland Hotel?
Anyone hearing anything?

That doesn't sound like it to me.

"New Hotel" sounds like a whole new premises not just a new Dvc Tower at the DL Hotel.
