Hello grown-ups!
We are very close to booking an adult only trip to the Motherland in October. We've never traveled without our children before to WDW, and I'm excited at all the possibilies opened up for us! Seriously, I'm thrilled to not have a stroller, backpack, taking a half hour to board attractions, sitting with three kids on my lap on a very crowded bus with a huge belly, etc. Can I request a kids-free area of a restaurant??
I'm very, very excited!
So, what are some things that we just HAVE to do? I think we'll do the Premium plan for at least part of our stay (yeah, seperate ressies, I know) so we're looking into the tours. What else should we do? We'll arrive around noon on our first day, then have four full days, returning early (8am flight out of MCO) the last day.
Also, if you've gone on an adult only trip, what were the pros/cons? Miss the kiddos too much? As much as I love these little guys, I'm excited to have a vacation without them for a change!
I'm sure I'll see my fair share of crying, screaming kids, and I'll rejoice that mine aren't part of it!! As adult (and solo) travellers, do you have any advice on dealing with kids all over the place at the World? I probably sound like a snob, really I'm not. I love kids. I have a bunch of them myself.
Thanks in advance for anything you have to offer.
