Hi, I am a long time lurker 1st time poster. I seem to be suffering from information overload so bear with me...
I am from So Cal, visit D Land roughly 4x a month.... Generally only for a few hours after work and the such. I am considering a D World vacation for a week in either Oct or Nov. I have the typical questions, where to stay ( leaning towards the Polynesian), dining plans (leaning towards deluxe), and where to eat at... I try and get a dinner or two a year at the Blue Bayou here in CA. Is there an equivalent in FL?

Lastly what is up with the pin numbers and discount numbers for certain hotels and times? Is the D World site the best one to visit for the best price? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. David

David - A pin is a discount that Disney issues (either via email or snailmail) and sends to a particular person. If you've signed up at Disney's website and provided your contact info, they should have you in their "system". Several posters have written that they have called CRO and inquired if there is a "code" or "pin" attached to their name (or anyone in their traveling party). Codes are a bit more confusing. There are codes for Disney Visa holders, AP holders, and the general public.

For more information, try the codes and discounts board.

Good luck in planning your trip and WELCOME!
