Some that are listed are just a generic picture. In which case the seller didn't receive the item before listing it. I'm just venting- because of these people my friend can't get one for his wife. Just like lots of other people. And what irks me most is that DISers are admitting in this thread that they will sell it on eBay when it arrives. Really? Rub some salt in the wound.

Ok done with rant. thanks. :)

Your friend could get one for his wife pretty easily. They are for sale all over ebay.

Can anyone explain why it takes so long for Disney to ship from their website? I ordered the Tote for my wife on Monday morning just like everyone else on here and I called the Disney Store. The rep told me that it would ship before the 22nd but that was all that she could tell me. If I order on Amazon, I get the order the following day. Does it really take Disney eight business days to take items off of their shelves and put them in a box?

I can only imagine how long it must take them to ship items when it is busy around Christmas time.

I thought that as well. With the prices they charge for shipping you should have it with in 2 days.

I don't have an answer for you, but it is really beginning to annoy me! I've ordered from there 2 times in the past month and both times it's taken a full 2 weeks for my items to arrive! That's insanity!

Not sure if already posted... Here now and these bags in ALL sizes available now at Uptown Jewelers on Main St!

They were sold out when I asked a couple of days ago -- told me they'd be here next week.

Nabbed two wristlets, one for me and one for my sister. :)

FYI - There was even a CM outside the store just now wearing all of them!!

It was a great time for me to actually remember my AP discount...! :)

That makes sense, I didn't think of that. Nothing wrong with venting :thumbsup2

I used a personal shopper for my first Crossbody. I wanted a LC but they didn't have one. I was able to score a LC when they went online then I offered my Crossbody for what I paid in a facebook group. Have you thought of looking there for one? Might not get one for the exact price but no where close to the Ebay prices?

Oh, wow, that's great! I'm probably dreaming here, but I hope there are some left when we get there this weekend! :goodvibes

My friend is going to get one but definitely not from ebay! There is no reason to pay those jacked up prices. He and I'm sure many others have a multitude of reasons why they aren't online at 3am. Just because we're dedicated/crazy/obsessed doesn't mean everyone is. LOL

I was venting about certain people that rubbed me the wrong way. That's all. Heck I could easily post my full HM collection on eBay but I think it's wrong. Would I like to make some extra money- sure I'm sure a lot of us would. But I know what it takes to get one of these and I personally couldn't do it.

So good luck to all who are still searching for the 'golden ticket' so to speak. I hope you get one before ebayers do!

I was quoted 7-10 business days for delivery... but mine is currently traveling through Memphis, with a delivery date of tomorrow end of day. DH has the day off, and im not above asking him to deliver it to me at work ;)

:rotfl: I am the same way. There have been several times I have had bags delivered while I was out of town and I made him take pictures and send them to me

I just left MK and bought all of them except the largest one. (I believe it's called the Smith bag?). I couldn't decide, so I got one of each. At least I'll have some for Christmas presents now. Which one do you all think is the most popular one?

How much do these shoppers charge? I assume they're AP?

I ordered my LC Monday and it shipped Wednesday so I'm pretty happy with that. I think they just tell you a worst case scenario shipping to cover themselves. Ooh I just checked and it's already in my city!! Delivery tomorrow - it's soooo close!! Might just sit on my front porch all day - dishes, laundry??

I thought for half a second about buying more bags when I was ordering but then realized no way - I was being just like the people I hate on Ebay :thumbsup2!

The personal shopper I'm using charges $25 fee plus shipping and is on her way to the shops now to grab stuff!! Hoping I score a Smith bag!!

I desperately want the Smith bag after really loving the wristlets, but $500 just stings me deep down in my soul.

Whoa. Is it that much?? I was actually pleasantly surprised at the prices of the others. I honestly expected to pay about $350/$375 for the tote.

How is a person shopper any different from someone who buys a bunch to sell on eBay?
It seems the only difference is the price they charge but really if you think about it, they are doing the same thing.

Because I don't live there and can't pop in and get one. I'm willing to pay $25 more for the bag not $200+ on eBay. Shes not looking to jack prices as high as she can. I don't have an issue w a personal shopper getting stuff. She's covering her time and gas with a very small profit. She lives there and loves to shop - sounds like a dream job :)

She only buys on request and is not loading up on stuff.
