New guy here!!!

Hi everybody! I've just recently come across the boards & they really seem like a great way to keep WDW fresh in my mind even when I'm not there (as if I needed any help lol). Anyways here's a little about myself... I'm 19(male) I'll be 20 in October & I've been to WDW between 50-100 times, I lost count! I'm(well actually my Mother is, but you know lol) a DVC member since about '96... I can't really think of anything else too relevant right now. I'm from NY, I guess that can be good & bad lol. Well, I look forward to discussing my favorite thing in the world w/ all of you & I hope that I can be a good addition to the forums!

Just find a thread topic that interests you and join in on the conversation. If you are looking for info on the parks, resorts or just general good idea tips there are forums for each catagory. Like I told my Dh recently just have fun exploring the board

As WeddingPavillion said it stands for Dear Husband. A few others you may see are Dd = Dear Daughter, Ds = Dear Son, Dn = Dear nephew or niece (look for a or to determine gender usually).

As far as I know, DH is Disney Husband, DD is Disney Daughter, DS is Disney Son, and there are a whole bunch of abbreviation for friends, in-laws, etc. If you have any questions, do what you just did and ask People here are very willing to share info and tips. The mods (moderators) of the boards will also be a terrific resourse of info.

Just don't ask the tag fairy for anything, because he/she/it doesn't really exit. The M&M guys are the ones that give out colored tags in the middle of the night. Tags BTW (by the way) are the words that appear on the left hand side above the avatar. Supposedly the tag fairy (tf) finds a witty or nonwitty remark that screams out your personality and tags it in that spot in color. See why it's the M&M guys, they are much more colorful. Don't mind me too much. I'm so dang talkative, I scare myself too.

As far as the threads, find one or more and post away. It sounds like you won't have any trouble fitting right in.
