and the reason i ask is we had small problem last september and gm told us to let him know when were coming so he could give us a better room but i just saw a tripadvisor,com answer from a guy with different name...shoot!

Paul was wonderful. It was no big deal. I could just fax new gm and ask for the room location paul said I could. I just want to be near Villa pool elevator. Thanks.
