I have just looked at the new lounge at Gatwick as we are flying out in January. I was trying to book my complimentary massage.
They have a very restricted complimentary service now (no hairdresser at all) with most things being charged for. There also seems to be no way to book in advance. Has anyone else had a look or actually used the new lounge and is there a place to book?
I normally defend Virgin but this penny pinching is even starting to annoy me.
