Ok new riddle...no hints...winner gets a rare prize of my choosing!
A pirate's mark upon its vessel,
Perhaps it's born of mortar and pestle.
A coat that sometime's worn on head,
Destroyed by unicorn it's said.
Breathtaking, sets your heart at ease.
Romeo's method or Socrates'.
I'm not sure, but is it poison? I know Romeo and Socrates both dies by poisoning, but the others threw me off completely so I'm just going to guess that and hope it's right.
PirateSteff, you got it! PM me about meeting for your prize. Here is the explanation (I didn't get it all either, each line is explained in order of the lines in riddle):
1.Riddle A pirate's mark upon its vessel,
2.Perhaps it's born of mortar and pestle.
3.A coat that sometime's worn on head,
4.Destroyed by unicorn it's said.
5.Breathtaking, sets your heart at ease.
6.Romeo's method or Socrates'.
1.Skull and crossbones is the traditional marking for poison
2.Often it's mixed from one or more ingredients
3.On an arrow or dart head, to be precise.
4.In mythology, the touch of the horn destroys it.
5.And we mean it!
6.Both of them ended themselves using this.
Nine o'clock. Since there are twelve hours between the two times, and half of that time equals six, then the halfway mark would have to be seven o'clock. If it were seven o'clock, two hours ago, the time would now be nine o'clock
