New Game - Request a Picture

We used to do this on the other board I moderated. Someone requests a picture to be posted and the first person to post it gets to request whatever picture they want posted.

For example: If I were to ask for someone to post a picture of Chipper Jones hitting a homer off Orlando Hernandez in the 1998 World Series, the next post should look like this -
